    Hello Rachel! I enjoyed this article. Laughter is definately good medicine. I try to laugh on a daily basis.
    Laughter is also go with clients and in the social work education classroom. These tips are easy to incorporate into your day. Also, with so many videos on the internet, its not hard to find something comical to reduce stress.
